How Should I Use It?
Add a scoop or two into your post-work Native Whey Protein shake and let those amino acids get right to work. We usually recommend 5-20g per day with it being most effective taken after working out.
Glutamine doesn’t particularly have any taste, so it won’t affect your Native Whey Protein Shake from remaining as yummy as usual. If you’re feeling particularly hard core, you can always mix it separately with water or juice.
