Tell me about Magnesium.
Magnesium is special because it helps the body maintain healthy bones, teeth, nervous system and muscle function. However, that’s just some of Magnesium’s tricks. Magnesium also helps the body maintain an electrolyte balance and maintain normal protein synthesis. Wow, that’s a lot of benefits. But Wait, there’s more. Magnesium has also been shown to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
So Magnesium is pretty awesome, but we guess you’re wondering if you need it? Well, according to research, potentially two thirds of us could be deficient in magnesium. The cause of this deficiency is due depletion of our soil over time, making it less abundant in the fresh foods we eat.
There are many different forms of magnesium which you can buy, and the rate of absorption varies considerably. The most common variant of Magnesium is oxide, and it is, ironically, the least absorbent.
We’ve gone to great lengths to put a Magnesium form which is one the most highly absorbent variants available, and that’s bisglycinate (also known as glycinate).

Both those who are new and advanced in the fitness industry should be supplementing their bodies with ample amounts of Zinc. The regenerative qualities are fantastic for those who are looking to help their bodies recover and heal faster after bouts regular exercise. If you exercise often, then you’re a candidate for an increased amount of Zinc.
We use a form of Zinc called Citrate, because, for similar reasons to our choice of Magnesium bisglycinate, Zinc Citrate is one of the most highly absorbent forms of zinc available. Vitamin B6 is a major player in your overall hormone production, protein and glycogen metabolism, and maintenance of normal bodily functions.
B6 has been proven to play a crucial role in the mobilisation of glucose during exercise. If you’re looking to maximising your workout performance, then supplementing B6 could be a wise choice.
About the other ingredients.
As with a lot of capsule or pill based supplements, you’ll see some bulking and anti caking agents present. These are necessary for keeping the capsule together and making it easier to swallow and break up when hitting your stomach.

How should I use it?
We recommend taking three capsules daily, and around 30-60 minutes before you have your well-earned sleep! Please be aware that the minerals are best absorbed on an empty stomach and not alongside other vitamins such as Calcium.
